Close to the beach, shops...
Crossing France, hours on the road... The fatigue and stress of this gruelling journey... Finally, we can see the end of the road, impatient, we are already dreaming of beaches and swimming, strawberry syrup and fichis, lounging and sunbathing, sport and sunbathing... Yes, but when you book an hotel in the city centre from Sables d'Olonne which does not have car parkyou go round in circles for a long, long time. That's what happened to us last year. It took us over an hour to find a parking space, and even then... We didn't have to dawdle or risk being fined by the municipal police.
We spent a fortnight worrying every morning about our vehicle. In other words, I think it's fair to say that it clearly ruined our holiday. But hey, sometimes you have to make mistakes to make better choices tomorrow. This year, we're not going to be fooled. I think we've found a rare gem. It's the Calme des Pins hotel. This is a hotel located in the city centre with parking at Sables d'Olonne. Just brilliant! As you can see, for us this year it was PARKING or nothing!
Of course, this 3-star establishment has other assets. As well as being ideally located, close to the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne and the town centre, it offers modern rooms and facilities that aroused our curiosity. In fact, guests have access to a remarkable relaxation area. The balneotherapy pool and private relaxation area (sauna-jacuzzi) made our mouths water. The fact remains that this city centre hotel with parking at Sables d'Olonne is perfect for us. First of all, friends recommended it to us and I have to say that, having read the comments on the Internet, we are convinced that our choice was the best.
